I had a flat tire. I received very friendly service and was able to pick up my e-bike after a few hours. I was charged €47 for a new tube and tire, including installation. That's a very fair price for quick help. Thank you very much.

Excellent service, Maxime dropped & collected the bikes off at our accommodation exactly on time. The bikes were in good working order and a perfect way to explore the cycle routes along the Normandy Coastline. Highly recommend.

Nice customer service. Bikes in very good condition, delivered on-site in a timely manner. Quite understanding personnel when informed of a possible delay from our side. It was a pleasure to discover Normandy by bike!

Second year of using Juno Vélo. Always very friendly and helpful. Good quality bikes. Good English spoken if needs-be, but happy for you to try to speak French if you want, which is refreshing.
